Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

Should you wish to return an item we will be happy to exchange it or refund within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition, have been worn or are soiled or damaged.

If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

If you wish to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt you can do so by email to customerservices@shortcouture.com. We will refund the cost of the goods and the cost of standard postage.  You must pay the cost of return postage.  If only part of your order is cancelled, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

The following procedures will apply:

If you contacted us to cancel before delivery of your goods, though your order will have been cancelled, it was not possible to prevent your order from being delivered. Please return the cancelled order to us by post, (using the label on the delivery note) in the meantime you must take reasonable care of all items. You must pay the cost of the return postage.

You must take good care of the items whilst they are in your possession. For your own protection, we recommend that you request proof of posting when returning the item/s, or you may wish to select a delivery method that insures you for the value of goods that you are returning. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed when the original card account no longer exists or the original card details have expired

If you receive faulty or damaged items please inform us within 7 days so that we can arrange replacements.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
